The Lower 9TH Ward Voter's Coalition (L9THWVC) is guided by our mission statement, “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil, is for good people to do nothing.” In this effort, we organized and was established in 2016 as a non-profit  to promote political, educational, and informational responsibility through informed and active participation in government.
